Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully before booking a reading, making a deposit, submitting a payment, or sending a donation.
1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
By purchasing a private tarot reading, making a deposit, entering into a payment plan, or sending a voluntary donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
All payments are final and non-refundable.
All deposits are final and non-refundable.
All donations and voluntary contributions are final and non-refundable.
All installment payments made toward a reading are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the content of a reading, failure to watch a delivered reading, or voluntary cancellation.
These policies apply before and after a reading has been recorded or delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these terms.
2. Deposits & Payment Plans
Deposits secure your reading and are applied toward the total purchase price unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If you choose to participate in a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments by their stated due dates.
If you miss more than two scheduled payments, your reading will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation occurs upon the third missed scheduled payment.
Upon cancellation:
Your booking or reading order will be canceled.
Your deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
All previous installment payments will remain non-refundable, except where required by law.
Any access to a reading associated with the canceled order may be terminated.
Missed payments do not need to be consecutive to count toward the three-payment cancellation threshold.
A canceled payment plan will not be automatically reinstated. Any new booking or payment arrangement must be approved separately.
The total price, payment schedule, and due dates will be provided before you enter into a payment plan.
3. Required Information & Booking Confirmation
Each tarot reading service has specific information requirements, which are outlined in the individual service description on the "Shop" page of my website.
It is your responsibility to review the service description carefully and provide all requested information when placing your order.
Your order will not be considered complete, and your booking will not be confirmed, until all required information has been received.
If any required information is missing or incomplete, I will contact you to request the outstanding details. Your order will remain pending until all necessary information has been submitted.
Once I have received and reviewed all the required information, I will contact you with a confirmation stating:

Please note the following:
Payment alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Your reading will not be scheduled or prepared until all required information has been received and your booking has been confirmed.
Any stated delivery timeframe will begin from the date your booking is confirmed, not the date your initial payment or deposit was made, unless otherwise specified.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information and respond to requests for missing details in a timely manner.
Delays caused by missing or incomplete information may result in corresponding delays in the preparation and delivery of your reading.
Failure to provide the required information does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any payments or deposits already made, subject to applicable law.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the information requirements outlined in the applicable service description on the "Shop" page and agree to provide all necessary details before your booking can be confirmed.
4. Private Video Access — Seven Days
All prerecorded personal tarot readings are delivered through a designated private viewing platform.
Once your completed reading has been made available, you will receive access for seven calendar days (168 hours).
During this period, you may watch your reading for your own personal use through the designated platform.
After seven days, your access will automatically expire.
It is your responsibility to watch your reading within the allotted viewing period.
Failure to watch your reading before your access expires does not entitle you to a refund, extension, replacement reading, or downloadable copy.
Access may be restored or extended at my discretion, but extensions are not guaranteed.
5. Strictly Private — No Sharing, Selling, or Copying
All personal tarot readings, including video recordings, audio, written interpretations, and accompanying materials, are intended exclusively for the individual who purchased the reading.
You are strictly prohibited from sharing, selling, copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, or redistributing your reading for any reason without my prior written permission.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Downloading, screen recording, or otherwise capturing the video.
Sharing your private viewing link or account credentials.
Sending your reading to another person.
Uploading or reposting your reading to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.
Selling, reselling, or commercially exploiting any portion of your reading.
Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the video, audio, or written content.
Attempting to bypass the platform's security, download restrictions, or access controls.
Purchasing a reading grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the content during your authorized access period.
It does not transfer ownership of the recording or any associated intellectual property rights.
6. Immediate Termination of Video Access
I reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to a private reading if I have reasonable grounds to believe that you are sharing, selling, copying, recording, distributing, or otherwise using the content in violation of these terms.
Access may be terminated abruptly, without prior warning or notice, if I reasonably suspect unauthorized copying, sharing, selling, or distribution of your reading.
Where a violation is reasonably established, access may be permanently revoked, and future booking requests may be declined.
No refund will be issued for access terminated due to a violation of these terms, except where required by applicable law.
I also reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect my original content and intellectual property.
7. Entertainment & General Guidance Disclaimer
All readings are for entertainment and general guidance only.
They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other qualified professional advice.
I do not predict or guarantee specific outcomes, future events, timelines, or results.
Any interpretations, insights, or guidance provided during a reading are subjective and should not be treated as factual guarantees or instructions.
You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions.
I am not responsible for decisions you make based on the content of a reading or for the outcomes of those decisions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Always use your own judgment and intuition.
If you require professional assistance regarding your health, finances, legal matters, or personal safety, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
8. Booking & Service Expectations
Each reading is prepared according to the package purchased and the information provided at the time of booking.
Reading lengths are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the nature of the questions and interpretation.
Purchasing a reading does not guarantee a particular answer, message, prediction, or outcome.
Any delivery timeframe communicated at checkout will begin once your booking has been confirmed, unless otherwise specified.
If an unforeseen issue prevents delivery, I will contact you regarding the available resolution in accordance with applicable law.
9. Donations & Voluntary Contributions
All donations, tips, and voluntary contributions are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Donations are voluntary and do not constitute payment for a private reading unless expressly identified as such at the time of the transaction.
Sending a donation does not guarantee a personal reading, priority booking, additional services, or a specific tarot message.
Please ensure that you intend to make a voluntary contribution before submitting payment.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a reading, making a deposit, entering into a payment plan, submitting payment, sending a donation, or accessing your private reading, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These terms do not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
